Chocolate Tasting In Venice

Day Trip, Group Tour

We've all heard about wine and food tastings, but how about a chocolate tasting?

Chocolate Tasting in Venice

Chocolate tasting is not unlike a wine tasting. Each type of chocolate bar contains its own set of unique flavors. Since the cacao bean is the source of all chocolate, its characteristics can be affected by a multitude of variables, such as weather, soil conditions, and post-harvesting processing (e.g., fermenting and roasting). With so many variables affecting the flavor of just one chocolate bar, it's essential to taste chocolate carefully so you can extract the fullest flavor potential.

This experience is perfect for an intimate exploration or with a larger group of friends. Your sole mission, discover the deliciousness that chocolate has to offer.

During the tasting at this wonderful laboratory, you will experience numerous Dragees, chocolate covers (4 to 5 pieces), pralines or truffles (3 pieces), chocolate beans, and a hot or cold chocolate drink; in total, about 10 pieces per person. Expand your horizons with a Chocolatier on this tasty experience in Venice.
